Can we just use wix velo apis like wix-animations / wix-chat-backend instead of complete velo framework? Would we be eligible for the submission and prizes?

I see a lot of velo apis here: https://support.wix.com/en/article/velo-api-overview
I was wondering if we can only use some of these apis to have eligibility for the hackathon submission and prizes?

    Yes, per the rules you can meet the requirements by using a minimum of 2 Velo APIs: "The Project must be primarily developed and hosted on the Velo Platform. Your project must utilize a minimum of 2 native Velo APIs. You must use Velo’s native API/SPI’s when there is pre-existing Velo functionality for the service you wish to add."
